Purchase, Shipping and Warranty Policy

  1. Generals

    • The minimum purchase to obtain wholesale price is 6 frames.
    • Delivery time will depend on the volume of the order, but it will never be less than 5 weeks.
    • Marmol Gallery subcontracts the best companies specialized in parcel delivery, which must be paid by the customer.
    • Once you make your purchase on the website, you will receive an email in approximately 3 business days with the shipping quote and the payment link.
    • The external package offers only a theft insurance of the merchandise so Marmol Gallery is not responsible for any damage caused on the way from our offices to the final destination.

  2. Repair Guarantee

    The satisfaction of our customers is the most important thing, for this reason and in order to reduce costs and long waiting times for return, we offer a warranty applicable only for manufacturing defects. If your order has a defect, you will be able to repair it and Marmol Gallery will reimburse 100% of the repair cost.

  3. Procedure for claiming warranty repair

    To request your warranty repair in Marmol Gallery, the first step is to contact our team at direccion@marmolgallery.com, putting as subject “WARRANTY REPAIR + ORDER No.” in the body of the email it is important that you attach photographs and/or videos of the situation in which you received the order so that our team can evaluate it.

    Once we evaluate your case, we will contact you to inform you if your refund was authorized or denied. If authorized, we will request proof of payment for your repair and your refund will be issued for the amount quoted on the receipt within the next 15 business days to the same payment method you used.

    The refundable amount cannot be more than 50% of the value of the purchased piece.
